Responsibilities

• Management of M&A transactions activity including valuation, due diligence, analysis, deal structuring, and presentation.
• Manages critical aspects of the transaction process for potential mergers and acquisitions, minority investments and joint ventures.
• Develops in-depth analysis of economic, industry, customer, competitor, and financial data to prepare summaries on potential acquisitions.
• Substantial work, collaboration and presentation interaction with the UL Solutions senior leadership team, including Customer Operating Unit, Segment and Corporate Function leaders.
