As a leader within Corporate Development, you will drive high impact business diligence and firmwide strategic initiatives. You will partner with Market Leaders to lead M&A sourcing and business case development. Leveraging deep market insight, and analytical rigor, you will develop prioritized M&A sourcing pipeline. For M&A activities, you will partner with market leaders to articulate the strategic rationale and help market leaders build the business case for each transaction. You will build detailed waterfall models and financial forecasts to evaluate M&A opportunities. You’ll work with market and functional leaders to translate business case and value drivers into integration planning, supporting the end-to-end M&A process. You’ll be responsible for leading and mentoring junior team members across the M&A lifecycle. Responsibilities include leading development of business case for acquisitions and equity investments. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks. Partner with business leaders to define strategic objectives, key assumptions, implementation plans, and success metrics. Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership reviews, board meetings, and investment committees. Evaluate M&A opportunities, leading business and commercial due diligence. Establish standardized frameworks and methodologies for business case development.
