About The Position

We are looking for a Corporate Development Intern to support our team in corporate development functions of the company such as mergers and acquisitions. This will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience while you integrate knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and develop your skills in a professional setting.

Requirements

Prefer candidates at the junior, senior, or graduate student level pursuing a degree in Finance, Analytics or a similar major with strong communication and data analysis skills.
Exhibits exceptional verbal, written and interactive communication skills.
Demonstrates effective research tactics, good organizational skills.
Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers.
Commits to continuous learning; being selfâmotivated and selfâdirected.
Ability to work independently with sense of urgency to task completion.
Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (advanced skills preferred) and Outlook.
Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.
Interest in learning about healthcare corporate development.
