ABOUT THIS INTERNSHIP: This internship offers real-world experience in Everus Construction Group's Corporate Development department. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to mergers & acquisitions and corporate strategy. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world projects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interest in corporate development and strategy within the corporate environment
  • Relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in your area of interest
  • Background check, MVR and drug screen may be required
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Assist with M&A market research and opportunity tracking
  • Support the team in financial modeling and strategic planning
  • Participate in meetings and collaborate on solutions
  • Learn and apply industry tools, software, methodologies
