Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a 4-years undergraduate Engineering degree in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or CS
  • Have completed at least 2 years of college and be at least a Junior or Senior at time of application with a 3.0 GPA or better.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using your natural curiosity.
  • Work effectively as a member of a team or on individual tasks.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Coding experience is a plus (Java, C#, Python, VB, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Audit processes and perform experiments as directed in a Class 100 cleanroom or lab
  • Update documentation and present to Change Control Board
  • Perform inspections with laboratory microscope and safely work with flammable, corrosive, and caustic chemicals
  • Compile, analyze, and present data
  • Perform entry-level professional administrative staff duties in support of functional areas, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility
  • Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
  • Type and word-process draft documents and electronic information
  • Prepare routine reports with guidance
  • Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications
  • Assist in arranging meetings, conferences, and project team activities
  • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
