About The Position

goFLUENT is hiring a Corporate Czech and English Trainer to help business professionals from diverse industries strengthen their language and communication skills. The trainer delivers live online lessons to professionals from leading companies worldwide, teaching in one-on-one and small-group settings. The role uses goFLUENT’s established teaching methodology and includes evaluating Czech proficiency and speaking tests, as well as fostering an interactive, supportive virtual learning environment. This is a fully remote freelance position with a flexible 30-hour workweek; weekends are optional, and the preferred teaching schedule is daytime in the LatAm timezone.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Excellent spoken and written Czech and English.
Comfortable teaching through video conferencing platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Professional, engaging, and learner-focused.
A quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
A PC or laptop running Windows 10 or later, or macOS Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
For Intel computers: Core i5 12th generation, Core i7 11th generation, or equivalent and up.
For Mac computers: MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with an M1 chip.
At least 8 GB RAM and 20 GB of free disk space.
High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Nice To Haves

Experience in language teaching or corporate training is preferred.
