About The Position
SunMed is growing rapidly and the legal team is actively hiring 1-2 Attorneys to support the GC as Corporate Counsel.
Requirements
- Experience with corporate transactions and complex contract structures
- Experience with business formation, dissolution, etc.
- Experience with M&A, debt-equity financing, Reg D financing, other corporate financing tools
- 5+ years of experience with the ability to work autonomously
