About The Position

Our people are at the center of our success. We’ve been certified as a Great Place to Work for multiple years because we believe high performance and strong relationships go hand in hand. At Element Logic, you’ll join a collaborative, international environment where initiative is valued, ideas are heard, and individuals are empowered to make a meaningful impact. We are looking for a commercially minded Corporate Counsel to join our growing global legal and compliance function as its first U.S.-based legal team member. This is a rare opportunity to help build and shape the legal function inside a fast-growing international technology company. You will partner closely with executive leadership, business teams, and external counsel on a broad range of strategic and operational matters across our U.S. business, while also supporting global initiatives. The role is based in Florida and reports directly to the General Counsel in Oslo. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy operating close to the business, balancing legal risk with practical decision-making, and building scalable processes in a high-growth environment.
