About The Position

The BAM Companies is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our growing in-house legal team. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this role is built for an attorney who is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to roll up their sleeves across a wide variety of legal matters. The right candidate will be someone who is curious, comfortable figuring things out, and genuinely excited to grow with the company. This position offers a real opportunity for growth within a legal department that is actively expanding, and we are committed to developing the right person into a more senior role over time. The Corporate Counsel will support the Associate General Counsel across the full spectrum of BAM’s legal needs, with an emphasis on real estate and financing transactions, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations.
