Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel, the Corporate Counsel, U.S. Insurance will be a vital member of the U.S. Corporate Legal team. The primary responsibilities include contract negotiation and involvement in commercial and strategic transactions. This role blends daily transactional legal work with significant engagement across the specialty insurance business, requiring a trusted advisor capable of partnering effectively with underwriting, reinsurance, claims, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
