  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the power generation or energy industry, particularly with Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), EPC contracts, equipment supply agreements, or other project-based commercial contracts.
  • Experience with corporate transactions, M&A, or other general corporate matters.
  • Experience working in a multinational or international business environment, including companies with cross-border operations or collaboration between other jurisdictions, particularly in a manufacturing, energy, power generation or AIDC context.
  • Familiarity with U.S.–China cross-border business and commercial matters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, vendors, business partners, and their counsel, balancing legal protection with commercial objectives.
  • Identify and assess key legal, compliance, and commercial risks and provide clear, practical recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales, procurement, operations, engineering, finance, and other teams to provide practical legal support and resolve contractual and business issues.
  • Manage contracts through the full lifecycle, maintain legal and contract records, and support the development of contract templates, operating procedures, and legal processes.
