UL Solutions is seeking a practical, business-minded Counsel to support the company’s sourcing and sales teams. This attorney will partner closely with sourcing and sales and other stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR) to lead and execute inbound commercial sourcing transactions (e.g., supplier or subcontracting arrangements, procurement of laboratory services, contingent workforce and staffing solutions, marketing services, finance and advisory services, consulting and professional services, and other vendor relationships), as well as outbound sales agreements with UL Solutions’ customers. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in a UL Solutions office in the United States. The preferred location is Northbrook, IL or Chicago, IL.
