About The Position

We are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead our company's accounting and financial operations across multiple entities. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, managing the month-end close process, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The Controller will manage a team responsible for general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and billing, while partnering with leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls & compliance, budgeting & forecasting support, and tax oversight
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition, fixed assets accounting, and M&A exposure.
  • Experience with finance leadership and process improvement.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, project-based accounting, or inventory-heavy environments
  • Strong expertise in corporate accounting and financial reporting.
  • Experience with GAAP accounting and month-end/year-end close processes.
  • Proficiency in managing general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls/SOX compliance.
  • Experience in a multi-entity and consolidation environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (D365) and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Prepare and review financial statements across multiple entities.
  • Manage consolidations and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Lead and develop accounting team members.
  • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate audits and support external audit processes.
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax processes.
  • Support ERP systems (D365) and drive process improvements.
