About The Position

We are seeking a high-caliber financial leader to join a dynamic, multi-site manufacturing organization as Corporate Controller. This is a high-visibility "successor" role; the successful candidate will be mentored for a direct transition into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position. As the CFO-in-waiting, you will initially oversee the financial integrity of three major US manufacturing facilities while driving the broader fiscal strategy. Upon promotion, you will receive a comprehensive executive package including an increased base and bonus, and a long-term incentive plan.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA and/or MBA is highly preferred.
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing or high-growth industrial setting.
Visionary Leader: You don’t just manage staff; you build high-performing teams and inspire others through ethical, results-oriented leadership.
Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business intelligence for diverse audiences.
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

Act as the financial lead for three domestic production plants, managing a cross-functional team to ensure operational excellence.
Serve as a core member of the executive team, providing data-driven insights to the President and Board to guide long-term growth and expansion.
Design and implement robust FP&A frameworks, cash flow models, and reporting systems that scale with a high-growth environment.
Lead the charge in future financing rounds, investor relations, and external audit management while ensuring total adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards.
Identify and deploy modern ERP/software solutions to automate reporting and eliminate manual inefficiencies.
Protect company interests by evaluating organizational risk, managing banking relationships, and optimizing the supply chain and revenue cycles.
