About The Position

We are seeking a high-caliber financial leader to join a dynamic, multi-site manufacturing organization as Corporate Controller. This is a high-visibility "successor" role; the successful candidate will be mentored for a direct transition into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position. As the CFO-in-waiting, you will initially oversee the financial integrity of three major US manufacturing facilities while driving the broader fiscal strategy. Upon promotion, you will receive a comprehensive executive package including an increased base and bonus, and a long-term incentive plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA and/or MBA is highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing or high-growth industrial setting.
  • Visionary Leader: You don’t just manage staff; you build high-performing teams and inspire others through ethical, results-oriented leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business intelligence for diverse audiences.
  • Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship is required.
  • Local candidates to the Tri-State area (PA/NJ/DE) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the financial lead for three domestic production plants, managing a cross-functional team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Serve as a core member of the executive team, providing data-driven insights to the President and Board to guide long-term growth and expansion.
  • Design and implement robust FP&A frameworks, cash flow models, and reporting systems that scale with a high-growth environment.
  • Lead the charge in future financing rounds, investor relations, and external audit management while ensuring total adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards.
  • Identify and deploy modern ERP/software solutions to automate reporting and eliminate manual inefficiencies.
  • Protect company interests by evaluating organizational risk, managing banking relationships, and optimizing the supply chain and revenue cycles.
