About The Position

We're partnering with an electronics manufacturer on the search for a Corporate Controller to lead global accounting operations and financial reporting for a multi-national organization. This is a newly created role, built to support the company's continued growth. Reporting directly to the CFO and partnering with exec leadership, this is a highly visible seat with real influence over how global accounting is run, including a major ERP migration already underway.

Requirements

15-20+ years of progressively responsible financial experience, including at least 10 years in senior finance roles with people management responsibility
Manufacturing accounting experience is a must, with strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and support across production and inventory management
Proven experience leading a controllership function in a multi-entity, international environment
Broad ERP implementation experience, SAP strongly preferred
Comfortable presenting to senior executives and the Board

Nice To Haves

CPA strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

Own monthly and quarterly global financial statements and direct statutory reporting and tax filings across all entities
Manage the external audit relationship and oversee transfer pricing compliance
Lead the finance side of a phased, multi-country ERP implementation, migrating from the current legacy system to SAP
Oversee manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation compliance across multiple plants
Support financial planning alongside the corporate FP&A team, and contribute to the company's technology/AI roadmap and M&A activity
Manage a team of approximately 15, including an Assistant Controller as a direct report, and work closely with Finance Directors across the various countries
