About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, hands on Corporate Controller to build, lead, and scale the accounting function for a rapidly growing healthcare services company serving. The Corporate Controller will be responsible for building and leading the Company's accounting function while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting. This is a hands on role for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast growing environment and enjoys building scalable processes from the ground up. The Controller will oversee the monthly close process, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting support, and accounting operations while serving as a trusted partner to the CFO and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with a process improvement mindset and the ability to bring structure, discipline, and operational excellence to a rapidly growing organization.

Requirements

  • CPA required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 10 to 15 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Prior experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
  • Experience building, improving, or implementing a monthly financial close process.
  • Experience supporting annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and accounting best practices.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience within a healthcare services or medical billing organization strongly preferred.
  • ERP implementation or financial systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting analyses for executive leadership.
  • Develop and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Manage day to day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, bank reconciliations, and cash management.
  • Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate manual activities, and implement scalable financial systems.
  • Help build the accounting infrastructure needed to support the Company's continued growth.
