About The Position

As part of Oshkosh Corporation, the Geesink Norba Group is one of the largest international manufacturers of waste collection vehicles. Approximately 1100 people are employed. In addition to a factory in Emmeloord and a factory in Medias, Romania, there are regional offices in various European countries from which the total solutions offered by Geesink Norba in the field of waste transport are sold. The high-quality product range includes a complete line of vehicles, self-compacting containers, and stationary compactors.

The team consists of two corporate controllers who support each other. Additionally, there is frequent contact with the various branch/regional finance managers.

The corporate controller is responsible for the financial analyses of the entire concern. Data from different countries must be processed, checked, and consolidated. The controller then reports to the Manager Corporate Control and the management board.

Requirements

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) in finance
• At least 4 years of experience in corporate controlling
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, and preferably a third language
• Accurate and punctual
• Communicative and a team player
• No-nonsense with a solution-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

• Controls, analyzes, and assesses monthly reports and other financial figures
• Ensures consolidation and calculates budgets
• Contributes to forecasting and provides explanations for annual reports
• Manages the setup and alignment of various financial administrations
• Participates in cross-industry projects
• Analyzes production costs to determine intercompany prices (transfer pricing)
