Position Summary The Corporate Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the organization’s financial records and reporting. This role requires deep expertise in accounting principles, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in healthcare finance, including an understanding of revenue cycle operations. The Controller applies sound judgment and clear communication to translate financial data into meaningful insights for leadership. Key responsibilities include overseeing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, providing payroll oversight, managing month‑end close processes, and preparing internal and external financial statements. The Controller plays a critical role in overseeing day‑to-day financial operations and supporting informed decision‑making across the organization. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Management Team, the Finance Committee, and the Board, the Corporate Controller provides financial analysis, reporting, and operational support that strengthens financial stewardship and advance the organization’s strategic objectives.
