About The Position

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Compensation Analyst to help ensure compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals. The role partners with HR and business leaders to analyze compensation data, support pay decisions, administer incentive programs, and contribute to projects that attract, retain, and reward talent. The position is remote and follows Pacific Time work hours.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for analyzing data and building reports.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, data analysis, or a related field.
Experience with compensation programs, salary benchmarking, or compensation analytics.

Responsibilities

Analyze internal and external compensation data to support pay decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to help maintain competitive compensation practices.
Develop and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and job classifications.
Advise HR partners and business leaders on compensation matters, including promotions, offers, and policy interpretation.
Support administration of bonus and incentive plans, including performance tracking and documentation.
Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations for leadership and executive teams.
Maintain accurate compensation records and documentation.
Conduct compensation audits and support compliance with wage and hour regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, tools, and reporting.
Participate in annual compensation initiatives, including merit and performance review cycles, and other strategic projects.
