Our Communications Specialist will lead Employee Communications across Veritiv, serving as the strategic owner of all-employee messaging and engagement. This role ensures communications align with enterprise priorities, reinforce culture and values, and enable leaders to effectively cascade information throughout the organization. Partnering cross-functionally with senior leaders, this role designs and executes integrated communications programs, establishes structured communication cadences, and governs internal channels — including intranet, digital signage, and enterprise email — to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment. The Communications Specialist will build scalable engagement models and structured intake processes that improve efficiency while delivering clear, compelling messaging to both frontline and desk-based employees.
