Requirements
- Incoming Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Support department projects and meet assigned deadlines
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners
- Participate in department meetings and team initiatives
- Learn company systems, processes, and best practices
- Contribute fresh ideas and support continuous improvement
