Chemours is seeking a Corporate Communications Content Creator to join our growing Communications team. This position will be available at the Wilmington Office Building in Wilmington, DE, and report directly to the Sr. Manager, Media Relations & Brand Reputation. The Corporate Communications Content Creator plays a central role in promoting and amplifying the impact of Chemours’ chemistry. This role will develop and execute content strategies that support business priorities, amplify Chemours’ reputation, and engage key audiences. The ideal candidate is a digital-native storyteller who blends writing, visual creativity, and strategic thinking to shape Chemours’ corporate narrative for internal and external audiences. You will work collaboratively with corporate functional and business unit teams to drive strategic storytelling across platforms aligned with Chemours’ vision and corporate strategy. This role requires strong editorial judgement, project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital and interactive content production, platforms, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex topics into accessible, engaging narratives for broad audiences, including investors, customers, policymakers, media, employees, and the public.
• Collaborate with communications leaders and subject matter experts to identify opportunities and develop compelling, accessible stories.
• Coordinate and develop high-impact written and visual content for external Brand channels (e.g., website, 3BL Media, social media) and product campaigns.
• Lead Chemours’ corporate social media presence across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn and YouTube), inclusive of owning the corporate social media calendar (e.g., content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing) and community management.
• Support video production and graphic design for digital, social, and internal channels.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics.
• Run approval workflows across communications, legal, and business units.
• Contribute to broader communications initiatives, which may include executive thought leadership, employee engagement, and reputation campaigns.

• Pay Range: $85,801.00 - $134,064.00
• Annual Bonus Target: 6%
