Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of corporate communications or marketing experience; experience in a registered investment advisory environment preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly professional team player, able to work well with all levels and across departments within the firm
Must be organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, detailed and service-oriented and able to multitask
Personable, warm, engaging; supports a team environment
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
Experience in digital and social media marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn), webinars (Zoom) and project management (Asana)

Nice To Haves

experience in a registered investment advisory environment preferred

Responsibilities

Execute key initiatives and projects in alignment with marketing department objectives.
Provide communications support for company-wide announcements, leadership messages and newsletters that keep employees informed about firm news, business strategy, technology and human resource initiatives.
Manage intranet content, support town halls and departmental meetings, and help communicate organizational changes, new hires, promotions, and company growth.
Support the firm’s public and media relations initiatives, including working collaboratively with our external PR agency on inbound media inquiries.
Create and schedule social media content for publication on LinkedIn and Facebook according to a content calendar, monitor engagement and brand mentions, and report on metrics.
Develop and execute on project plans in Asana that provide a clear picture of work in process and support business objectives and outcomes.
Demonstrate accountability, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Work with other members of the marketing team to gather data to analyze performance of communications and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate effectively within the marketing team and cross-functionally with other departments.
Stay up to speed on principles, practices and techniques of corporate communications through discussion and training.
