About The Position

Superior is hiring a Corporate Communications Associate to help promote our people, projects, expertise, and impact. In this role, you’ll create a range of communications materials, help plan company townhalls, manage relationships with community partners, and promote our brand. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Requirements

• You have at least 3 years of experience in corporate communications or brand marketing at an agency or in-house
• You're experienced with Canva and Google Workspace
• You’re a strong writer
• You have a good eye for design

Responsibilities

• Create great-looking and effective materials, such as fact sheets, decks, graphics, and beyond
• Write clear and compelling executive talking points, company-wide updates, and stakeholder letters
• Help manage and grow our various community and philanthropic partnerships
• Ensure our brand standards are maintained across the organization and manage our employee merchandise program
• Manage our digital platforms — website, intranet, and social channels — to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with company priorities
• Support with planning our quarterly townhalls, including agenda planning, content development, speaker prep, and day-of event support
