About The Position

Our successful Corporate Benefits Specialist will promote outstanding relations with team members across four properties as they navigate through their benefit enrollments for health, dental, vision and 401k benefits. This position will focus heavily on Affordable Care Act and other state regulations regarding benefit enrollment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, ADP Workforce Now systems.

Nice To Haves

Three (3) years benefits experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation, execution and termination of employee health, welfare and benefit plans for all assigned properties
Determine eligibility of employees for benefits following probationary periods
Responsible for the reconciliation of all benefit billing each month
Ensures accurate and timely billing for all plans at assigned locations
Set up dependents and payroll deductions in ADP Workforce Now system
Assist employees with benefit-related questions and problems
Responsible for all COBRA requirements in all assigned locations
Prepare and maintain records, files and reports relative to employee benefits
Co-Chair Corporate Rewards & Recognition Committee as well as Health & Wellness Committee.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
