We're seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Transactions, Business Law, and AI-driven businesses. This attorney will advise companies ranging from startups to middle-market organizations while helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving legal landscape surrounding Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies, corporate governance, and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney who embraces innovation and wants to practice law at an AI-forward organization while building and growing their own book of business.

Requirements

• J.D. and active U.S. Bar license.
• 6+ years of corporate law experience.
• Experience with M&A, corporate transactions, commercial contracts, or business law.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, emerging technology, and innovation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong relationship-building and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, business formations, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase, operating, and shareholder agreements, as well as other business contracts.
• Counsel AI startups, technology companies, founders, investors, and growing businesses on corporate legal matters.
• Stay current on emerging AI regulations, governance, privacy, and technology-related legal developments.
• Collaborate with our AI, tax, wealth management, consulting, and finance teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Develop and grow your own client relationships and practice with business development, marketing, and operational support.
