Requirements

4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including start-up and venture capital transactions.
Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions.
Proficiency in drafting acquisition agreements and other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions.
Strong interpersonal skills.
High degree of maturity.
Proven willingness to accept significant responsibility.
Strong academic credentials.
Strong writing skills.
Admitted to the California Bar.
