About The Position
Nelson Mullins is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Corporate group in its Chicago office. The Chicago office has a veteran litigation team focused on commercial litigation, product liability, securities, trade secret and bankruptcy matters. The team also offers clients a strong presence in the energy, aerospace, automobile and life science industries.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of meaningful corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting
- Knowledgeable in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate matters.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills
- Excelled academically
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Illinois bar
