About The Position
Our client's Corporate Practice Group provides a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions. This position will involve working on cross-office tax and corporate transactional teams. Requirements
- At least four years of experience in U.S. federal tax matters and/or international tax experience, either at a public accounting firm or law firm.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
