Requirements

At least three years of meaningful experience working at a midsize or large law firm on public company and private company securities transactions and 1934 Act reporting requirements
Familiar with ’33 and ’34 Acts
Comfortable reviewing and preparing SEC filings, public and private offering documentation and advising clients on compliance obligations
Strong academic credentials and writing, analytical, and communication skills
Approach your work with a productive and positive attitude
Admitted to practice in good standing in a state where Nelson Mullins has an East Coast office
