Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a general corporate practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication and drafting skills

• Capable of taking on significant responsibility

• Deal management (including managing junior associates and internal specialist teams)
