About The Position

Overview Are you looking to join a tenured team at an AmLaw100 firm? Nelson Mullins is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Real Estate group in either its Boca Raton or Atlanta office. A Day in the Life Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases. Experienced in the area of real estate finance, you will spend your days serving as counsel to national financial institutions. As a strong team player, you will fit right in with our collegial and intellectually engaging work environment. All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. We Know You You have 1 to 3 years of meaningful finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders . Experience representing lenders in the commercial real estate space or in the secondary-market is preferred but not required. You have strong writing, analytical, organization and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude, great work ethic and attention to detail. You have excellent academic credentials. You are admitted to the State Bar of Florida or Georgia. The salary/wage range is $230,000 - $250,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off. Requirements

1 to 3 years of meaningful finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders
Strong writing, analytical, organization and communication skills
Positive attitude, great work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent academic credentials
Admitted to the State Bar of Florida or Georgia
