About your role: As a Data Analyst in the Corporate Analyst Program, you will support business reporting, data analysis, and project coordination activities that help teams make informed decisions and deliver strong outcomes. You will work closely with account managers, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to track progress, analyze key data, and communicate findings in clear, actionable formats. This early career role is designed to build foundational experience in analytics, business operations, and collaboration across Fiserv.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis, business analysis, project coordination, reporting, internship experience, academic projects, or a combination of these in a business, analytics, or operations environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to build reports, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or project documentation with attention to accuracy and organization.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools to support research, summarization, reporting, or decision support through clear prompt construction, targeted follow-up questions, and refinement of inputs to improve output quality.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Client 360, Smart Guide, artificial intelligence tools, bot tools, or similar business support platforms.
  • Experience presenting data insights in a clear format for business or non-technical audiences.
  • Internship experience in analytics, reporting, operations, account support, or project management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend data-informed solutions.
  • Support project planning and coordination activities by tracking milestones, documenting progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries that communicate key findings, project updates, and business insights to stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings, document action items, and support follow-up activities across account managers, project teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Gather, organize, and validate data to support reporting, solution configuration, testing activities, and business decision-making.
  • Assist managers and stakeholders with project documentation, status tracking, and deliverables to support successful execution.
