About The Position

This 9-week internship is designed to give you hands-on experience, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to build skills that are valuable across any career path. You’ll collaborate across teams, tackle complex challenges, and see how data, analytics, and emerging tools—including AI—are used responsibly to drive decisions. Throughout the program, you will develop foundational skills in one of three core disciplines: Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement. You’ll also build a strong network, gain exposure to different areas of the firm, and develop a broad understanding of how our businesses connect. High-performing Summer Analysts may receive an offer to return for our full-time program—a two-year rotational experience across all three disciplines – Analytics, Project Management, and Process Improvement. This program is not aligned to front-office, client-facing, or software engineering roles. Instead, it’s ideal for students who enjoy working with data, are intellectually curious, and want to solve problems and improve processes.
