American Track, LLC, a North American Rail Solutions (NARS) company, is seeking a highly organized and professional Corporate Administrator to support daily office operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners. This role provides comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments, while ensuring a well maintained, efficient, and welcoming office environment. The Corporate Administrator contributes to smooth operational workflows, accurate documentation, and positive workplace experience. Welcome and assist visitors; maintain visitor logs and complete required security procedures.Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with professionalism and discretion.Coordinate meeting logistics, including room scheduling, preparation, and hospitality needs.Provide cross-departmental administrative support, including document organization, record maintenance, scheduling assistance, event coordination, and support for special projects.Maintain clean, organized, and presentable common areas, breakrooms, reception spaces, and conference rooms across both offices.Monitor, order, and replenish office supplies, breakroom items, and general consumables; ensure adequate stock levels.Support mail and packaged handling, including sorting, distributing, preparing outgoing mail, and coordinating shipment between offices.Assist with general office operations such as filing (electronic and paper), document preparation, data entry, and maintaining organized records.Coordinate meals, refreshments, and logistical arrangements for meetings, trainings, and visitors.Perform all other duties as assigned.
