The role involves supporting the transition from the current clearing system (ENCORE) to the future system (Ovation), which may include creating job aids, developing training materials, and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This experience will provide insight into large-scale projects and multiple workstreams. Additionally, the intern will help strengthen the control environment by assisting with audit evidence preparation, executing basic processing controls, supporting management self-testing, and reviewing departmental controls and testing procedures. The Market Operations and Corporate Actions departments are involved in daily production activities supporting participant exchanges. Market Operations serves as the primary operations contact for exchanges, while Corporate Actions analyzes and executes adjustments to cleared products.
