About The Position

Window Nation is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to join their growing Accounting team. This role reports to the Accounting Manager and will play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations. The primary focus will be on Accounts Receivable, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1 year of accounting experience.
A basic understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organized.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and learning new systems.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in your accounting career.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
Familiarity with BI360 and/or Power BI.
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable activities and support daily cash management.
Prepare cash balance reports and assist with timely deposits.
Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Assist with internal and external audit requests.
Help maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes.
Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
Partner with internal teams to support business objectives.
Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned.
