About The Position

As the Planning, Design, and Construction (PD&C) Corporate Account Director, you will be responsible for driving the Infection Prevention Group (ASP, Censis, Pegasys) business by developing, coordinating, and executing sales strategies in partnership with sales leaders and key customers. As a member of the PD&C team, this role will lead the development of a comprehensive strategy for architects, equipment planners, and major construction projects. You will also support the creation and implementation of PD&C strategies for the IPG business alongside our Enterprise Solutions Corporate Account Directors and Account Executives. This role will develop, implement, and enhance analytical tools using medical construction data and Salesforce data, while also providing training, resources, and foundational insights needed to support sales efforts with key customers. You will engage Sales Representatives and Regional Management to drive coordination on initiatives planned two to five years out. Additionally, this role will proactively identify and facilitate major Enterprise Solutions account opportunities and manage relationships with high-level customers, including Executive Suite interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3–5 years of related industry experience, sales, or marketing.
  • General understanding of hospital and ASC Sterile Processing department, endoscopy departments, and operating room standard workflow and governing guidelines.
  • Strong business acumen and data analytics.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (Domestic).
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management, business/financial acumen, training/education methodologies.
  • Ability to establish relationships and interface with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and business requirements, creative sales & presentation skills, strong computer skills, strong aptitude for administrative detail.
  • Lifting requirement: Light (0–15 lbs).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IPG relationships with GPOs, IDNs, and industry partners including architects, project managers, and asset management teams.
  • Provide training, resources and insights to support sales efforts with key IDN customers.
  • Identify and pursue major PD&C opportunities projected 2–5 years out.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Solutions team, Regional Sales Directors, and Account Managers to build relationships and align on PD&C strategy within the IDN segment.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key PD&C contacts at the GPO, IDN, and industry levels.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to drive PD&C initiatives and strategy at the IDN level.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to develop and refine solutions for priority PD&C accounts.
  • Collect and analyze PD&C market information to optimize sales strategies.
  • Participate in trade shows, business meetings, and industry events to strengthen customer relationships and support sales growth.
