About The Position

The Corporate Access & Research Coordinator will serve as a key operational and administrative partner to the growing investment team, owning the team’s corporate access program while providing high-touch support across scheduling, travel, expense management, and team logistics. This is a senior, high-trust role for an experienced professional who can manage complex executive workflows, represent the brand externally with corporates and brokers, and bring structure and efficiency to a fast-moving investment team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate access, executive support, or a hybrid role on the buy-side or sell-side.
  • Strong background in executive administration, including travel and expense management.
  • Buy-side corporate access experience preferred; sell-side or buy-side corporate access background required.
  • NYC-based or willing to work from the NYC office.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with maturity, presence, and discretion.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with senior internal and external stakeholders, including negotiating on the firm’s behalf.
  • Social, relationship-oriented, and able to build trust quickly.
  • Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Own the firm’s end-to-end corporate access program — including bespoke origination, conference coordination, NDRs, field trips, and IR engagement.
  • Track quiet periods, earnings dates, and key catalysts across the coverage universe; schedule recurring IR calls (pre-QP and post-earnings).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IR teams, management contacts, and sell-side counterparts; advocate for the firm’s access and prioritization.
  • Manage conference planning, prioritization, allocations, scheduling logistics, and post-event tracking, including team feedback on meeting quality.
  • Identify supplemental access opportunities (NDRs, small-group meetings, bespoke engagements) and proactively surface them to PMs and analysts.
  • Ensure all interactions are documented in line with compliance requirements.
  • Support broker vote meetings, including preparation, analysis, and coordination.
  • Maintain reporting on corporate access activity, broker performance, and meeting quality.
  • Assist with budgeting and broker agreement discussions, helping articulate the firm’s approach to valuing and paying for corporate access.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to investment professionals, including: Complex calendar management and meeting coordination, End-to-end travel planning and booking (domestic and international), Expense management, reporting, and reconciliation, Liaising with internal teams (e.g., Building Reception, Travel, IT) to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Act as the central point of contact for the team’s administrative needs and external requests.
  • Maintain organized records, contacts, and recurring workflows to keep the team running efficiently.
  • Represent the firm professionally with external stakeholders, including corporates, IR contacts, and brokers.
  • Help develop and execute a branding strategy that elevates the firm’s presence with the Street and corporate community.
