About The Position

Platform Solutions Execution Management (‘PSEM’) is the firm’s industry leading initiative in resourcing Millennium investment professionals globally across access, data, research, and technology. Corporate Access is part of PSEM and facilitates access to companies, both broker-sourced and self-originated, for Millennium investment professionals (‘IPs’). We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Corporate Access Coordinator. The Corporate Access team, which is an arm of Execution Services, helps to centralize the access provided by sell-side brokers on behalf of our Portfolio Managers (“PMs”) and Analysts. Additionally, the firm’s sectorized Sector Specialist Origination team arranges direct access on behalf of the firm. Day-to-day, you will be handling various databases and email correspondence, implementing internal and external communication channels and processes, coordinating internal meetings, preparing reports, and working to increase efficiencies. Ideally, you will have an outstanding ability to multi-task as well as superior organizational skills, while understanding the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times. You will be able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment while remaining calm under pressure. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record
  • Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with and influence clients at all levels
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point and the ability to manipulate data
  • Detail oriented teammate who is able to prioritize in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to ensure efficient execution
  • High degree of operational efficiency, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail
  • Good team player with strong willingness to participate and help others

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Corporate Access heads to support and advance a Corporate Access program which consistently adds value to the PMs and Analysts
  • Build and strengthen ongoing relationships with PMs and Analysts to stay abreast of their current coverage responsibilities and corporate access strategy
  • Implement internal and external communication channels and processes to streamline the flow of Corporate Access events advertised by brokers and Millennium’s Origination team
  • Update and maintain internal proprietary Corporate Access portal to manage forward looking event marketing and requests
  • Make pro-active Corporate Access suggestions based on investment team’s coverage
  • Establish and follow an efficient and reliable process to facilitate high volume of company meeting requests from PMs and Analysts
  • Proactively strategize attendance with investment teams to enrich Corporate Access interactions
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for strategy sessions with Millennium’s Corporate Access heads
  • Prepare reports around company marketing calendars/earnings/quiet periods to help strategize Millennium Originated Access
