Requirements

  • Skill – High level of organization, Office Skills, Work Sheet creation, problem solving
  • Knowledge – Basic understanding of Finance Products, Finance Reports, and Lending Correspondence and information
  • Ability – Multi-Task, Complete projects in a timely fashion, meet deadlines, communicate complex information clearly and concisely, handle urgent matters when needed without sacrificing time sensitive projects

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and execute and/or implement corporate finance initiatives, plans, meetings, events, shows, reports, training, travel, metric distribution, and other related areas.
  • Assist the Corporate Finance Directors in bringing their initiatives, meetings, and projects to fruition.
  • Support the F&I team, Lead Business Managers and Sales Directors/Managers (indirectly).
  • Provide various administrative tasks for the team and should be the to-go-to resource for information in regard to information about the overall department.
