About The Position

Groundfloor is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to partner closely with senior leadership and drive high-impact initiatives across capital markets, product development, and corporate finance. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy, this role is ideal for an entrepreneurial generalist who thrives at the intersection of analysis and execution. You’ll operate with high ownership, helping shape strategy while building the systems and processes that support a scaling fintech platform. This position is based in New York and operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-person work alongside the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy. Groundfloor is a remote-friendly, hyper-growth, wealthtech company based out of Atlanta. We value vulnerable high-quality/low-ego collaboration. If that sounds good to you, join us! THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF: You enjoy switching between strategy and execution — and are equally comfortable in both. You want high visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership decisions. You want to have a tangible impact at a company approaching a major growth inflection.
