RTW Investments is seeking a highly organized Corporate Access Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of our corporate access function. This is a detail-intensive role focused on managing logistics, calendaring, data management, and coordination across internal teams and a broad network of external stakeholders. You will work closely with the Corporate Access lead to support conference planning, meeting allocation, and internal tracking processes that drive access to company management teams. With a large and active network of sell-side partners and a high volume of requests, this role requires precision, responsiveness, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is process-driven, highly reliable, and takes pride in executing high-volume work with accuracy. This role operates on a dynamic schedule aligned with industry conferences and events and requires flexibility to support activity that may extend beyond standard business hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 yrs. of experience in an administrative or coordination role within a corporate setting
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and consistently produces high-quality, accurate work
  • Highly collaborative team player able to partner closely with the EA team and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Comfort with and interest in leveraging AI tools and technology to improve workflows and efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must be able to work from our New York City office

  • Familiarity with CorpAxe or similar corporate access platforms

Responsibilities

  • Conference & Event Execution: support end-to-end coordination of banking conferences and events, including schedule buildout, real-time updates, and onsite logistics
  • Corporate Access Coordination: manage high-volume scheduling and logistics for 1x1 meetings, group sessions, and conference calendars across internal stakeholders, sell-side partners, and company management teams
  • Tracking & Allocation: track and organize inbound meeting requests across a large network of sell-side relationships; support allocation workflows to ensure efficient prioritization/coverage
  • Data Management: maintain and update corporate access data within CorpAxe and internal trackers, ensuring accuracy across meetings, contacts, and historical interactions
  • Broker Vote & II Process: provide coordination and execution support for these processes
  • Operational Support During Peak Periods: Provide additional coordination support during high-volume periods, including conferences / events that may require responsiveness outside of standard business hours (including evenings and select weekends.)
