About The Position

We are seeking a Corporate Customer Support Representative to join our Finance team in North Vancouver for a 6-month temporary assignment. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with our vehicle and customer database systems. Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of organizational structures, including how to access Corporate Registry records
  • High level of keyboarding accuracy and speed for efficiently completing repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work independently with precision on clearly defined tasks while following established procedures.
  • Ambitious team player with a positive attitude who can learn quickly and provide support to the team and our customers.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Researching information within relevant databases and resolving errors or system issues
  • Providing technical support to internal teams
  • Identifying and addressing customer data inconsistencies in online systems
  • Reviewing reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders
  • Entering and maintaining data within computer systems and databases.
