About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to join their team at the Carlsbad Premium Outlets. As the largest jewelry brand globally, Pandora empowers individuals to express themselves through their products. The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will be a "Pandora Fan" responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers. Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, providing reliable support to the team and customers. Associates will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to people's loves.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Timely arrival to work.
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
• Dependability, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
