About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate for its Rosedale Center location. This role is for an individual who is passionate about the Pandora brand and will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage customers. As a Core Staff Associate, you will be a foundational member of the store team, providing reliable support with consistent responsibilities and a predictable schedule. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to their personal stories and passions.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
Dependability, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
