About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate is a part-time member of the Pandora store team who helps keep store operations running smoothly while delivering a world-class experience to customers. The associate shares product knowledge, inspires customers to style their jewellery, builds brand loyalty, and works to exceed sales goals. Core Staff Associates have consistent schedules and responsibilities, and are cross-trained across store functions. The role typically involves up to 12 hours in base weeks and up to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week. Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred. Work schedules include nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
Arrive at work on time.
