About The Position

The Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Pandora’s Mall of Georgia store delivers a world-class customer experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As part of the store’s core staff, the associate provides reliable support through consistent schedules and responsibilities, shares product knowledge, and inspires customers to style jewellery that expresses their stories. The role includes selling and service, merchandising, retail operations, and cross-training across store functions. Associates are expected to support and mentor new team members and embody Pandora’s values of Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
Dependability for regularly scheduled peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

Availability of at least 20 hours per week is preferred.
