About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to be the ultimate Pandora Fan. This role is responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. As a Core Staff Associate, you will be part of the foundation that keeps the store running smoothly, providing reliable support for both the team and customers. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to people’s loves. This position requires the completion of an assessment upon application submittal.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
Dependability, regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
