About The Position

Pandora is the world's largest jewelry brand, and as a Core Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll be part of the foundation that keeps our store running smoothly. Core Staff are part-time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our Fans. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. This role requires a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. A consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week is preferred, with hours typically up to 12 in base weeks, increasing to 21 during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability is key, with regular scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Demonstrated results-oriented selling skills.
  • Developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience.
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • At least 18 years or older.
  • Proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
